Who makes better decision--- Men or Women? / myLot

I believe we do have different thinking when say who is a better decision maker. As Google said, Decision making is the process of making choices, identifying a decision, gathering data or information and assessing alternative solutions. In most big organizations, men take a big part in terms of making decisions especially when they are the top management. For me, I can say that it depends on the circumstances or events wherein a man or woman leads the decision. What about you guys, what is your thoughts about it?

Yes I agree, when it comes to practical decision making women can do better about it.

For me both can make decisions since both of them can manage big organisation as long as both of have skills to do so,what a man can do a woman can do much better
