What is your weekend snack?

We had this snack today. It is called Martabak. This food is very popular in Indonesia. Martabak is simple snack which is made with thin stretched wheat dough which is gathered and overlayed onto filling. When fried, the texture is much like an Indian roti canai or paratha flatbread; oily and flakey.
The martabak that I made today is vegan one.
The filling is made of vegetables.
We ate the martabak with fresh chillies.

It look yummy and we eat samosa on the weekend which is also similar look like the above thing.

Martabak is my fvaourite food and my kids too. Did you use chicekn egg or duck egg?

@nawala123 Egg replacer. It is available in the markets here. Sometimes I use flax seed if we run out of egg replacer.
