As i am free today and no rains, I decided to have a morning walk. It was not my normal walk but still covered 3.46 Kms in about half an hour. Feeling better now after the walk. This coronavirus lockdowns is giving lot of tensions and frustrations. Walking is the nice way to get rid of that at least for the brief moment. Did you have your morning workout? See you after the breakfast.

Good that you are keeping up with your exercise routine. We need to stay physically and mentally stable in this crisis time. And exercise helps with that. I never miss my exercise routine.
