CVD is not Covid-19

Hoax again in my country
Someone wrote in social media, accusing the government and hospital for exxagerating the number of victims of covid-19. CVD is supposed to be covid-19, but the truth is it is Cardiovascular Disease. When someone is died in case CVD, it is not corona or covid-19, but Cardiovascular Disease
.
It is going to be "complicated" when many people including goverment officer announce "non fixed" information. Those may mess the public.
Now i am holding my fingers not to share any information which i don't understand or legit (issued by non reputable sources or reversing to science/knowledge

Yes it can happen but there are cases where people are dying of other things but they were announced to die from Covid19
