Going out into the world is exhausting

Today, for the first time since the beginning of April, I went in to my school. I worked at home all morning doing grades and sending final messages for each class (and getting very sweet answers), and at 1:00 I went to start cleaning up my office. I ran into the other choir director, who was sorting music in our classroom. I haven't worked in the same room with anyone for a while so it was fun sorting music with him. I just walked back and forth from the piles of unsorted to the piles of sorted music and I put in about 3000 steps, according to my app! Physically, I am now exhausted. I got used to teaching into the computer (which totally wiped me out for the first couple of weeks) and then taking a break with my cat, and then going back to the computer for the next class. Being on my feet and seeing lots of people was unusual, so I came home totally wiped out. I need to stay up and watch the middle school online graduation ceremony now. Otherwise I would be in bed right after dinner! Have you lost any stamina by staying home during this time?

I am still to go out and experience that. We are going on with online video classes and few initial hiccups I have adjusted to it now. Not sure when we will actually get to go to our physical school and be a part of live class.
