Chocolate is medicine for many and the solution of many problems that arise, sometimes it is used to fight the nerves, other purposes are against depression and anxiety, which in some way connects with the nerves, we have to say that yes, it is very effective. As a person who suffered from severe depression I can say it and affirm it, in addition to becoming addictive due to its spectacular flavor, I must emphasize that there are several types and that the most effective for these psychological problems is the darkest. It is important that you do not worry about such problems, it is something totally normal in fact, I only suggest the use of chocolate as an aid tool to combat them.
