Good afternoon all. This afternoon after lunch I rested briefly before leaving for work again. Speaking of eating, I am a person who eats very little. When I have lunch I will not eat dinner again until tomorrow morning and then eat again. I am often said to be thin by friends around and makes me very embarrassed.
Do you have tips for me?

I feel you should start having fruits along with your regular food. Fruits like banana, grapes, apple or any fruits locally available eat daily. Your appetite will improve. Don't skip a meal it's very bad.

Hello friend
Try taking fruits and vegetables.. They contain vitamins and will help. Fruits can be taken as handy snacks so they're easy to munch on during the day.. I have irregular eating habits too, I hope I can improve on them.

It really depends on you. If you really like to eat then eat something little each meal if not then no one can help you unless you help yourself

Welcome to myLot. Enjoy the site!
The first step for all newbies is to read the Guidelines to learn what is allowed or not on the site. Although it is not obligatory, you can write a post introducing yourself so that we can get to know you.
Furthermore, read around as much as you can, Like and Comment on other members' posts. Only then will members come to your site and do the same. This is called interaction.
Although it is optional, adding the name of your country to your account page will help make some of your discussions easier to understand for other members.
Don't expect too much money-wise. If you reach $5 a month (the payout limit), you can call yourself lucky.

As to your problem: Why are you asking people you don't know and who probably know nothing about health and nutrition? Why don't you ask a physician? If you're healthy, your eating habits are ok. If you're not, the physician will advise you what to do.
This is where you will find out what kinds of behavior are accepted and unaccepted on myLot. When in doubt, remember the Golden Rule!
