Fresh or frozen?

i prefer fresh food however we cook frozen food also.

It is always good to eat afresh. In frozen food a lot of chemicals are added which are harmful to health. So eat afresh.

some vegetables like guvar,drumsticks will not be available fresh here.so i opt for frozen.even peas i like frozen.if vegetables are available fresh then i will buy that.

fresh but some time when that thing which i want to cook but that is out of season i like to cook frozen

I like to eat fresh and will alwayz prefer eating fresh. If one thing is not fresh in the market, insted of going to buy that frozen , i skip it and make something that is fresh. fresh has all the goodness and i think more taste too. frozen is frozen. You may be able to taste a difference between fresh produce and the frozen or canned versions. yes, if you live in an area where fresh produce is shipped long distances or stored for long periods of time before purchase , frozen may actually be higher in nutritional content. that's because over time, fresh produce can loose some of its nutrients. but if that is not the case, frsh is alwayz good .and i will prefer fresh.

I prefer Fresh, but Frozen will do. The best things fresh are vegetables. But the frozen vegetables taste better than the canned ones do...

fresh...anyday. Frozen just isnt the same.

both depends on stution if i am hurry i prefer frozen or else fresh
