Weight gain problem during lockdown

Weight gain
June 16, 2020 10:18am CST
My height is 5 feet 6 inches and before lockdown my weight was about 78 Kg but now it's 83 Kg. I am also great fond of eating that also increases my weight. I am trying to lose the weight but due to laziness, I am unable to do so. How can I lose my weight and be slim and smart as per my BMI?

I never measure my weight anymore since I have to stay at home. But I think I gain weight because I never work out anymore, lol. It appears from my clothes that I wear.

@shakir_123 Hi, Shakir Shah Don't Worry. There are millions of ways to reduce weight based on one’s lifestyle, age, eating habits and genetics. Let us start with Ayurved's magic weight loss remedy. Yes, you guessed it right, its HONEY, taking one tablespoon of pure or bottled honey and a splash of half lemon juice in a cup of lukewarm water is claimed to be effective for weight loss.

I am also gaining weight during lockdown. I think we should follow strict diet plan and some cardio and weight training to loose some weight . Diet is very important for weight loss . I loose 5 kg weight in last two weeks by daily cardio running and some weight training.. I think you should also try this

And what is your take on work out? I think dieting plus exercise both are equally important and should be continued together.

I've managed to lose 28 lbs during this lockdown. There are two things I have done for it. Watching what I eat, and become more active. (I had a bad knee that kept me sitting most of the time. I had surgery to replace the knee and now I can do things again.)

Avoid eating oily food . Go for a walk and exercise. Eat only when you feel hungry. Drink a glass of water before every meal .
