Special Day for The Special Boy

Tomorrow my son will be 3 months old. I want to do something special since it's his special day. But with current situation where most place close and even I'm too scared to bring him outside maybe I just do something at home. Or maybe we can going around the city inside the car. It will be nice for him to see the world outside my bedroom

I believe 3 months is 100 days right? Usually some family will celebrate the 100 days birthday, especially in South Korea.
