After few months of lockdown and quarantine, finally I had a chance to go for a jog today.
It's not that I don't exercise at all during lockdown, but I only done indoor workouts.
Usually I get to jog around 10km like that but since it's the first time after lockdown, it's better to start slow again. Mom says not good to run too far, the heart might shocked with sudden far jog.
Did manage to jog this far, but it's wise to follow what mom say. Let today be a warm up. Hopefully next week can go jog again and can jog further.

Now summer in full bloom so it's pretty outside. Just got to stay hydrated.

Your Mom had a good point not to jog too far. It must have been something to get out there with the fresh air after being cooped up inside. Good for you. I exercise inside but do a little bit of walking certain times outside and do not walk like I once did. I just like to get things done and get home these days because of this crisis.

Good for you! That's one thing I wanted to do again. But earlier, I picked up my ropes and worked up a sweat.

@mrki444 well, since the lockdown started at March, all activities are banned and that includes jogging. Since my dormitory and at my home don't have treadmill, I don't have chance to jog. I can only do indoor, simple workouts like abs workouts, arm workout, stretching..
Since now at June the lockdown been eased, jog is now allowed and I then have chance to go outside and jog.

Go slow with the distance. First start with 1 km and then slowly increase the distance. Your mother is absolutely right.

. I was not able to do my dance routine exercise for a long time. Hope, I can do it again, if my body feels like doing it
