One day I watched Spongebob Squarepants and there was a scene where Squidward said "Homina Homina Homina". Then i tried to find out who does it mean. Usually the word "Homina" is said three times. Often it is also said when seeing someone who is interesting and teasing, or a surprising event. As a non english native speaker, i think this word is so "weird" to to say Have you ever say homina homina homina?

Looks like it's taken from a American TV serial of the 1950's named Honeymooners where Jackie Gleason played the role of Ralph Kramden in it and would say homina, homina, homina when he got caught in a lie or exaggeration and could not think of a quick response.

I think it's more an american phrase, but I think it's an expression of something good happening to you or someone else.

Homina homina homina is a humorous American term, and actually has a definition. It is used as filler text when a person is speechless, usually in response to something unexpected happening.
