Crazy-Guy still on the loose

There was a guy who used to hang out near our house, talking to himself. One time I pass through this guy while heading to the store and pat me on the back hard! Since then I often had agressive look on him when ever he even tried to hang out in our gate.
But now he was on facebook and people in other barangay's / village had been asking to have him arrested before he could be more violent leading to murder.
To some he used to be sane and then something happened that caused him to become mentally ill. Latest pic of him carrying batton and a gun (maybe fake). He kept getting arrested and be put to the mentail institution, but he kept escaping.
Glad to have dogs. I guess it as safer in stricter quarantine days.

Sadly there are many people like that here, often homeless and definitely mentally ill who are roaming around the streets talking to themselves - I've seen it too many times. They must have no where to go. But something must be done if he is carrying weapons and showing that around - a danger to the public!

Hello @much2say His parents are still alived, I feel bad for them their son lost his sanity. But he needs to be out of the neighborhood before he cause any serious harm.
