Hi friends, Good Morning all. Hope all are safe in your home. Today my day start with Nilavembu Kudineer.
It is herbal tea, which is recommended by our TamilNadu Government for increasing immunity power this helps a lot.
This powder available in Medical Shop, in some area it distributed by our Government too.
For Corona patients this water given at morning instead of coffee / tea hear. Because it crease our immune power.
So we also preparing in our home, daily taking twice. Even for kids we giving. But it have lot bitter ness so take very low amount.

I heard kabasura kudineer is recommended for Corona. Nilavembu was more for safeguarding against dengue.
