I brought honey past few days ago and it was good. I use honey with water and sometimes have a sip directly. Honey help me to feel energetic after all day long fast. I prefer it with lemon but yesterday my lemons are over so today I just mixed honey with a glass of water. We consider honey the food of heaven and it has huge health benefits. I try to keep honey in my room all year long. In the winter days it helps to stay warm inside. Do you love having honey? How you mostly have it? I mean with water or with some other food like bread or something else ?

Honey never spoils too! We have several kinds of honey. I especially use it for colds and sore throats (with tea or just very warm water and lemon). But we do use it on various foods - my husband likes it on his toast with peanut butter.

I love honey and always keep it on hand. I use it for coughs and sore throats, on my vegetables, and in some recipes.

I enjoy honey, but it is not necessarily a favorite. I have been using it in place of syrup lately.

I’ve never tried honey with water. And it’s difficult to find pure honey here.

Its true, pure honey is difficult to find and have. Try it with warm water and lemon, drink it when empty stomach. Very helpful

I give honey to my children and husband. I too love it but I restrict it for myself as I am diabetic. But when I have sweet cravings I go for honey over sugar. We always have organic honey in our home.

I haven’t tried eating honey as is but I mostly use it as a mask for my face because it’s really moisturizing.
