My morning story

I heard my alarm was ringing loud and I put it off and slept again and woke up late but thankfully didn’t miss my morning prayers.
Last night I was late to sleep, there was no reason but it was hard for me to asleep. Finally I get sleep of 2 to 3 hours of sleep, I need 3 more hours to sleep to make my sleeping hours complete. So this morning I will sleep for 3 more hours now. For a healthy life 6 hours sleep is important. And I just try to maintain it.

I also try to get at least 6 hours at night but 7 hours of sleep is my objective.

@SHOHANA when I feel like I lacked sleep then that is the time that I would take a nap.

@Alexandoy nap helps too, I try to take nap when feel really very exhausted

Hope you get the sleep that you need.
Slept late as well. Slept at around 2 in the morning because I was binge watching Netflix.

It's important to have minimum of 6 hours of sleep daily. Recommended is 7-8 hours of daily sleep but sometimes it may not be possible. You can compensate by taking short naps during the day.

It is always important to sleep good enough. Having a lack of sleep is not good for our health. My sleeping time is quite late these days, so need to improve upon that.

Occasionally 1 to 2 hours during the afternoon.

I have a lot of trouble sleeping. I get 2-4 hours per night. I'm glad you are able to sleep.
