NOT Feeling Well

I woke up at 5:30 am, when I was asking my dad about something i felt dizzy so I lay down again in our sofa.
My mom gave me a cup of warm water for me to drink and after I took my our BP app and checked my blood pressure it was 140/108 pulse rate is 75.
I ate breakfast and then took my medicines. After I took a bath and went to the office.

Your bp is too high,you take care of yourself always. Hypertension is unpredictable, be cautious with your health
