Has your world ever collapsed?

I want to tell one experience that happened to my friend. In the past, my friend's family was very harmonious and fun. However, it was all lost when her father was caught cheating with another woman. And a few days later her parents divorced. She was very depressed, She couldn't focus while in class. The world seemed to collapse. And I'm sorry about it. I couldn't imagine if I was in her position. Losing someone, losing love. So, have you ever experienced the same thing?

i acctualy never had a situation like that. i think that so complicated situation. i can imagine if i have situation like your friend, and how abaot your friend now? did she/he feel better? hope she/he feel better now.

When my 46 year old mother was diagnosed with dementia, it felt like the end of the world. One doesn't have a choice though, and we have to keep trudging along. I feel very sorry for your friend's though. That is soul crushing.

That's a bad and sad situation of your friend then. I never encounter that but any person should stay strong and courage to face unexpected trials. It hurts at the beginning but pain will vanished one day.
