Can't sleep!

Hello I'm new here! I can't be the only one that is tierd most of the day and wide awake at night and Lying in bed think about where they went wrong or just over thinking everything even if everything is going right it's going wrong at the same time ??

Hi have you tried a glass of milk before bed time? Others say take a warm bath it is good to stay calm and put you in a sleepy condition.

@Cutechick1999 Oh have you tried to read books or anything that can calm your self then you it may help to put self sleepy.

Oh, I over think all the time, and find it quite annoying. I sleep better than I used to though.

Well, it happens to a lot of us. We sometimes get caught in a number of things and then things get off track. One can practice some meditation or listen to music. Yet undue worry never helps. Have a good time ahead.

I have a minor problem sleeping at night which causes me to get up one hour later than the time when my alarm clock rings.

@Cutechick1999 welcome to my Lot!. I am new user too. When i have hard times, it is very difficult to sleep. I just try to close my eyes and counting 1, 2, 3, so on and take a breath. It works, eventhough i awake again in next 2 hour :)
