How do you eat this thing?

Mom came back from a huge farm of one of her friends. They were some nice fruits they brought over.
And then I see this "Dragon Fruit again but I never tried to eat it. In fact, I never tried to open and eat it.
I read that it has a lot of vitamins that my elder aunt before had often wanted my to buy it.
I also read in a post here that you can also convert it into a shake.

Wash the fruit then cut it in half. You can eat the succulent flesh using a spoon or even just your mouth. It is like kiwi but sweeter.

I just use it as an example, that's the first thing that comes into my mind so I typed it. After you cut it, just peel the skin and you eat it,that's it

Slice it and eat it with a spoon or teaspoon as you would a papaya, these are the ones we just ate
