The person I was partnered up with for the placement video told me to check my grades. We got 91% for it which is a High Distinction.
My response: "ohhh not bad"
I wasn't expecting to get that high... But we did get that high.. But we could have got higher. It will be higher next time.
My partners response: "not bad? Not bad?!? We got 91% what you mean not bad????!??!?!?"
I said yeah it isn't bad... Then I asked him how he was
his response: "nOtBaD"

The first part of your title made me think of the song "Blister in the Sun" by the Violent Femmes. Then I thought maybe you were high. But that wouldn't make sense if you didn't go out partying and instead were at home studying. So then I actually had to read your post! haha Okay, I'm delirious right now from studying tool long. I've been reading this damn study guide for about 5 hours now. I think I'm just going to put the book under my pillow when I go to bed, and just absorb the knowledge as I sleep.
And by the way, try a little harder next time. A 91% is an awfully low score. I know you can do better. lol

@aureategloom true though in some instances they may ask for academic records but I think that's pretty rare.

I hope so. Maybe next time the partner will actually take my input easier... Or even collaborate on the task not just do it himself and then I need to argue my points for improvements

It was for a video we did summarising our placement (we are reviewing genes) we lost marks because we didn't use animations and we didn't memorise our script completely
