Getting Headache sometimes

I don't understand why I get headaches , I used to sleep in night but still I have, no freshness . I feel like my energy is low !. My battery is getting discharged ah.. I need to recharge myself. This is happening from 3 months during this, Lockdown it's difficult to understand myself.

@fahmita_ yes I need a good sleep because, my sleep cycle is very worst. Do you know any method to fix this issue? I can quickly fell asleep once I am on my, Bed ? Is there any specific formula for that ?

Yes I understand I used to walk in morning , arround 5 km but sometimes my body is weak, & I feel tired in morning after I leave my bed.

@zubinjames You can take the walks in the evening if you feel weak in the morning. That's what I do.

I think you need to see a doctor to know the problem of you headache I hope you`ll feel better soon

I shown to a doctor he gave me some medicine, he said I need to take enough sleep . This is the thing I need to learn .

Understandable, the effect of lockdown. We all suffer from that. Have some multivitamins and workout.

I am doing work out almost 5 to 6 days in a week, I run & walk 5 to 6 km burning 500 to 600 calories, with strength training . But I lost my energy because I lost my iron in my, body and due to sweating too much . I take omega 3 , multivitamin & good diet but , Still the lack of iron is gonna kill me one day .

@zubinjames Good work out. Try to relax and have iron tablets better still some fruits which contain iron.

Take enogh rest, especially sleeping. Go to sleep early and wake up early

Yeah I need to maintain my routine because, sometimes if it get disturb then I would suffer.

Drink plenty of water and have a enough sleep. Try to engage yourself with work or do the things that you like. Enjoy your day.

there is less of physical activity during the lockdown and that is causing your headache. that's with everybody. it's good if you start during yoga and exercise
