Hi friends, For morning breakfast today I prepare instant onion Ravva Dosa. It is very famous in South India.
Very simple and wash dish, for preparing we need sooji, Curd, rice flour, 1 table spoon maid has, cumin seeds, hole pepper, green chilli, onions, curry leaves, salt. On adding all, mix all together on adding water. Just leave 20 minutes for fermentation.
Now like normal Dosa, we fry it. But it take up to 5-6 minutes for frying.
With coconut Chutney or green Chutney is good combination.
It have very special taste due to crispy ness. This complete Dosa we get crispy so kids also enjoyed a lot.
Can I know any one known about it??

I know about Dosa. I really like it because I can't have wheat flour, so I can't eat naan. The Indian restaurant that my friend owns makes Dosa and I can eat my curry with it.
