Laughter is easy for some people to do, but for others it is too difficult. Even just to smile though. Laughter contains many meanings, depending on what is interpreted. There is happy laughter, funny laughter, even mocking laughter. Have you laughed today? laughing before laughing is prohibited.

They say laughter is the best medicine. We have laughter yoga and therapy to make people stay healthy emotionally and mentally. I get a good dose of laughter each day. My daughters and husband have good sense of humor.

@Babale No one can be always happy. It is a state of mind. Our situations are not in our control but definitely we can work on our attitude. My life is full of ups and downs like any other life on this planet. We all have our share of joys and sorrows.

Laughter is a good medicine for so many diseases. There are health clubs who practice laughter as health therapy.

@Babale Not necessarily. They do it as therapy and it does not come to them naturally out of happiness or joy.

That is a joke that is often issued by a very famous comedy group in Indonesia (Warkop DKI). At that time our country was still led by a president from a military regime named Suharto who silenced press freedom and opinion (similar to the current Egyptian president). So it is not impossible someday to laugh will be prohibited.

But sometimes circumstances are such that smile appears to be big task. The mind and heart have nothing to smile about
