Hi friends, some of my friends asking me to give recipe. So in my post I giving the details. For this dish first clean leaf using water, then drain water completely. Now take a pan on adding oil to it, then add mustered seeds, red chill, garlic cloves to it. Then add cleaned drum stick leak to it, then close a lid cook until it cook completely. Hear flame must be in medium, it take up to 15-20 minutes to cook, because in drum stick leaves it contains small thick branches to it, so it take huge time too cook. In mean time prepare peanut powder, for this fry peanut along with red chill. Then taster to plate, after cool down, using blender prepare powder on adding required salt to it. Now pea nut power is ready. Check drum stick leaf is cook or not, if it cook then add peanut powder then mix well. That's all healthy drumstick poriyal ready to eat. Try it friends, and enjoy its different taste.
