Gah, I love my subconscious sometimes. I can not begin to count the times my subconscious has written a book for me. Like last night, if I could actually remember most of it, it would make an awesome book. Let me tell you what I can remember of my dream last night. *I was talking with someone and they suggested we visit a house that had a lot of history to it. Of course I agreed because I am a fan of history. In any case, we are admitted into the house and invited to take a look around. The house is big, easily three stories high with atleast 40 or so rooms. A man came out of nowhere holding his daughter in his arms. He was laughing with her as he tried to encourage her to eat. You could see that he was troubled, but he tried to hide it behind the smiles he gave his daughter. A woman came out from another room while the man was feeding his daughter. He tensed up when he heard the door open, but when he looked behind him he smiled. It was as if my friend and I were flies on the wall, we could not be seen. The man and woman were obviously from a different time but their clothing style wasn't much different from what my friend and I were wearing. So as to not make this a long discussion, I'll wrap it up by saying that the man was poisoned by the woman, who happened to be his wife. The wife then poisoned herself and the child. That wasn't all of of the dream, but it was the premise of it. We still had to figure out why she did it. * - The asteriked part actually happened after the scene with the man, but it made more sense to mention it before. Dreams, eh?

Yeah, it was pretty terrible. Though the whole time I wanted to know "why" why was it happening? Why weren't any of the women stopping it? Why wasn't I more concerned?

I started to forget this dream pretty soon after I woke up. There was another woman involved, but I didn't get the impression that the woman was the man's mistress. It was more like she was an old friend or a sister, but that the wife didn't know that? I'm not quite sure.

@LindaOHio I am sure I'll end up having some wild dream tonight since I am reading a paranormal mystery at the moment.

That wasn't really revealed to me either. It had something to do with another woman, but I do not believe the woman was the husband's mistress.
