Wow they hated that Doctor

Recently tonight I've watch an Australian Doctor who speaks tagalog and have nice way of making videos informative and funny.
But then I came across a video of his and titled "sorry" but turns out he wasn't apologizing but proved those who were debunked were bitter because they were proven wrong.
What shocked is that they're actual ytube influencers who have shamelessly spread incorrect medical advises. Yet they have tons or viewers and subscription, unbelievable! These people don't deserve to be called influencers!
I guess some people had gone too far just to earn $$$ over there.

I am also a small youtuber,and it is not hidden that yeah many are earning from that even they make false videos or informations.They have many subscribers views and likes.
But just wondering why my channel,its professional and informative but not growing yet haha.
But others who do nonsense in YouTube they are easily growing.I'm puzzled
