Wow! That's quick!

I had been fighting with my laptop for quite a while. I'd say for a couple of years maybe. It's old. 
It's 8 years old. It's slow. 
This past week, I ventured out to my bank to finally deposit my 12hundred. The bank is in a Walmart store. After I made the deposit, I went back to the electronics department to look at the laptops. I wasn't impressed with any of them.
Over the next few days, I looked at the laptops at Best Buy online. So many to look at. I narrowed down my choices to a brand that I'm familiar with: HP. I read the reviews of the different laptops and came across one that has pretty good reviews.
At Best Buy's website, I ordered my new laptop. It is the HP 17-by3613dx, has a 17" screen, 8GB RAM, has a DVD/CD slot, and is as quick as a roadrunner! The Plymouth or the bird, take your pick!
I'm very happy with my purchase.

This reminds me of my HP laptop that served me for 2 years only. The motherboard got broken.

@Alexandoy I couldn't wait for the warranty send it in to get it fixed deal, which would have been weeks, because I needed it right then because I used the laptop for my homework at college. So I sold it to a computer repair person for enough to add with money I had in order to get another one.

@bluerubymoon53 ouch, that is worse than mine. But I guess that Dell was covered by the warranty since it was just weeks. Mine was past the warranty period, it was last year but until now I am still grieving, wahuhuhu.

My old laptop has 2GB RAM. It was a real pain waiting for the pages to load. Sooooooo Sloooooww ugh.
