Good environment of office / myLot

I'm not yet sure how long I can do this job. Its a target based job which make me feel pressurized inside. Environment is friendly and good enough. People here seems good and hardworking. But I'm feeling uncomfortable inside. Should I do this job or I shouldn’t? Should I give it a chance? Here Official environment is safe for working as they provide hand sanitizer and AC for comfort. But something make me feel uneasy I don't know what is that. Should I do this job? What do you think? I'm unable to decide.

Evaluate your position why you feel uncomfortable. If the pay is good then it may be worth the discomfort since you are just starting. After a week you will get used to the environment.

Salary not good and some reviewers says their salary hold for several month, late payment issue also discouraged me

Just try it first and think about what makes you uncomfortable. Write down the negative and positive side of working there. Then you can decide if you stay or you go.

Learn as much as possible from your new job. Call centre job will help you to improve your interpersonal skills. Remain cool, listen to customers and try to convince them about your company's product . Enjoy your job and give your best shot .
