Did you bite your own tongue by mistake?

I had experience this several times but i'm thankful that my tongue not seriously injured. But once I can remember that my tongue was bleeding because I bite my tongue by mistake. Am I the one or there other People who bite her tongue by mistake? I'm so tired that I was writing, sleeping and yawning. And I feel like my upper teeth and lower teeth felt a bite which would be dangerous. Thanks for reading,. I'm going to join you as soon as possible in mylot. Till then wait for me Stay blessed all.

Yes, I have often times. There's a superstitious belief in the Philippines that if you have bitten your tongue accidentally, someone is gossiping or talking about you.

I've bitten my tongue by mistake a few times in my life, and it's not fun at all. It can really hurt.

Sometimes I accidentally bite my tongue when eating. It hurts but nothing serious.
