Credited Payment But Long Wait for Claim

I filed my license renewal last week through a bank. It was an over-the-counter payment mode. I needed to get out of my comfort zone because there was no available option for online payment.
I checked my transaction online but it was pending. I forgot that it would take 3 banking days before it got fully verified. I checked this morning and finally the payment was already credited.
I filed online renewal and I am going to claim my new ID after 3 long months. Yes! It is scheduled on October and I need to pick it up personally. What a hassle!

This reminds me of my driver's license that needs to be renewed this year. I don't know how to do it now with the situation of the virus.

I don't really know but my co-worker got hers after a month. Maybe its because of the quarantine.
