what a bad dream,

Last night,i slept good but due to that good sleeping mood,i had a dream of a witch that she is trying to off the light and suddenly reaching out my hands.I tried to fight with her so i screamed.Then my hubbie waked me up. Then i said;thanks God it's just a dream. Have you experienced screaming at night due to bad dreams myLotters? What do you know about witch? Do they really exist?

I don't have experience like that. But I think it's really creepy. and I don't believe about witch, it's just fiction.

@rhuenz I can't answer much since we use brain to think. Sometimes our overthinking may lead to those dreams. So avoid overthinking. Some say practice meditation and invite positive energy to us.

No, I've thankfully never had such kind of dreams so far. Once in a while I've got dreams where I see the ones I miss and woke up with my eyes filled with tears.
