Grinding the Laurels

We also had cockroach infestation for quite some time now. Normally I would use the baygon chalk to deal with some of them, but it's literally poison as well to humans.
So Mom researched and wanted to try laurel leaves to be grinded using mortar and pestel. But I recommended the blender which was better. After that the powder was spread across different rooms.
Few days now, I rarely see the sight of any cockroaches, not as many before.
The leaves won't kill but those insects despise the smell.
Have a nice day

I'm glad you're getting rid of the roaches. Terrible pests! I have found some natural insect repellants that are working well for my insects so far this summer. I have a cat, so have to be careful what I use. I think vinegar would also work if I had to, but who wants their house to smell like vinegar lol

Hello @amitkokiladitya What is your natural insect repellant? Yeah I can't use the chalk because they also come inside the house.

I hate roaches. I´m glad that you could get rid of a great part of them. In some places, houses have to be fumigated and this is very poisonous to human beings.

Jay mixes water with rotten eggs and sprays our outdoor flowers. The deer and bugs hate that horrible smell!

Hello @SHOHANA why are you asking? have you seen a bygon chalk before? as long as you don't make your lips/ tongue contact w/ your hands that touch the chalk you'd be fine.
