Headaches

I’ve had headaches for some time,, my eye doctor said it’s normal, because my old glasses aren’t as effective as they used to be. My eyesight has changed, but he says after an. Adjustment period everything should go back to normal.
My new glasses aren’t ready yet, but I’ll be glad when they are because I’m ready for my new glasses.

He said that is the cause, everything else came back normal, just the change in my eyesight..

Same with me, I need new glasses but I am still hesitating to go to the optical shop.

When I went I felt completely safe, they took the guidelines very seriously.

Headaches can result from straining to see, with glasses that aren't strong enough.
