Alien is like ghost some people believe or some not.

Is that a hint of some thing.
and after all of this biggest question is aliens exist or not?
If not then why us government spend lot of money in this.
And if alien exist then where are they?

I don't know whether to believe it or not although I have read some accounts of people who witnessed and believe their existence.
