Title: Life With a Drama Queen
Episode 1: Meeting the Drama Queen
Names and others will not be mentioned for privacy.
*Note* Since this is early post of this story and has few episodes coming soon, the alphabet of each character will be kept same and only address a new character at other coming episodes. Thank you.
Me: M ; Roommate: R ; Drama Queen: Q
Me and my roommate got in the same room in dormitory. Meeting for the first time, thankfully we get along well. But our life in the dormitory will about to change....
*Me and roommate busy organizing our items*
Q: Oh hi! You must be our new housemates.
R: Yeah. Nice to meet you 
M: Hi! Nice to meet you 
Then I noticed Q is looking at our feet.... We wear indoor slippers at that time. Then she give a 'chehh' sound along with a smirk and goes back to her room.
R: Am I the only one who saw her looked at our feet?
M: No, I saw her looked at our feet too. Maybe she doesn't like us wearing indoor slippers in the dormitory.
R: Geez, does this dormitory is following her rules?
M: 
We continue organize our belongings when the Q's roommate suddenly knock our door. She delivers Q's message that slippers are not allowed to wear in the dormitory because some of her friends are using the floor to pray. Our hunch was right. We explained to the Q's roommate that we use indoor slippers. She understands that. We don't know if Q understand or not.
R: Come on, what kind of excuses is that? No indoor slippers wear even at hallway? We pray in the room, not on the hallway path or at the pantry 
M: I don't know. Before she even talked to us just now, I already sense a negative vibe from her..
R: Oh well. Looks like we have to live under one roof with her now....
M: Let's just hope nothing horrible happened when we're in this dormitory.
R: Yeah

Indoor slippers are less dirty than regular shoes. I do not know why the Q was upset.

Yup, plus we only use it in our very room and at pantry. Not even reach to their room. We understand that we have different religions here, and we understand that they pray on the floor, but not on the hallway or pantry. They pray in their own room. So does my roommate.
I don't know too why she was upset especially at the beginning of our meeting.. but maybe after all the drama queen suits her character after all 
From the first time I met her my sense of negativity with her always there... You know, like a voice telling me don't get close and be cautious to her. I don't even know where the voice coming from. Could be a holy spirit. Usually if I feel something, I never wrong

@Adie04 You should listen to that voice. I also get a feeling about people when I meet them. You do not need her negativity and drama. Some people think they make the rules for everything, I avoid those types of people.

@ScribbledAdNauseum thank you, you are very correct on this. I thankfully followed that voice and avoid her as much. Though there's still some situations that are unavoidable. I'll story at my posts in the future

Sounds like a control freak. If the slippers are worn only inside I see no issue

@FayeHazel Yup! I agree! We don't even wear it anywhere. We only wear inside our room, to the pantry. Even bathroom slippers I provided it differently. And still, she don't like it, and provided very lame excuses that doesn't even make sense

@Janet357 The dormitory is an apartment style, since the university rent a housing area to be students dormitory. But yeah, I still agree with you, living with such people; 7 at that time and different heads are seriously troublesome. But thankfully I went through that.
