Beetroot poriyal

Hi friends, For today lunch we prepare beetroot poriyal.
For kids need we cut beetroot into very small pieces then cook well.
After drain complete water we prepare poriyal using it.
All of my family members and kids enjoyed a lot.
Can I know what you took for your today lunch.??

I'm not sure what beetroot is, but I think what you cooked looks scrumptious!
At home, we sauteed string beans on soy sauce and vinegar. Its called adobong sitaw in my local language.

I just had omelet. Beetroot is good gor people with low hemoglobin
