I recently heard the news that many Corona Covid-19 virus patients in Indonesia were declared cured after they routinely drank a mixture of warm tea water with honey. I don't know if this is a hoax or real. But it never hurts to try.

It's a hoax, myth, balderdash, codswallop, fake news, rubbish, In itself, it's harmless, of course, but if you have the virus and don't go to the doctor immediately, thinking that it will cure you, then it could be very dangerous. By all means drink warm tea with honey but DON'T use it as a cure (or preventative) for Covid-19!

The longer I read contributions on the internet, the less I'm convinced that the Middle Ages are over.

@Fat Oreo : I've heard that Corona virus is very vulnerable to caffeine. a smoker tends to be hard to get Corona virus. Doesn't tea also contain caffeine?

It is a hoax for sure because if it really is a cure then no one would die from it.

I never tried that. I just stick to washing hands, wear mask, maintain social distancing, drink plenty of water to avoid getting affected by the virus.

Your actions are appropriate, but at least by drinking warm tea mixed with honey can increase immunity from the virus. But if you don't like it, you don't have to try it.

It may help relieve the symptoms or at least.boost your immune system, but there is no scientific evidence that proves that it cures covid-19. There lots of other similar stories flying around here in our country.

Maybe they trust God more than health experts. This is usually called a miracle, once again only for those who believe it.
