It's a hoax, myth, balderdash, codswallop, fake news, rubbish, In itself, it's harmless, of course, but if you have the virus and don't go to the doctor immediately, thinking that it will cure you, then it could be very dangerous. By all means drink warm tea with honey but DON'T use it as a cure (or preventative) for Covid-19!

It may help relieve the symptoms or at least.boost your immune system, but there is no scientific evidence that proves that it cures covid-19.
There lots of other similar stories flying around here in our country.

Maybe they trust God more than health experts. This is usually called a miracle, once again only for those who believe it.
