driving licence

when my high school friends got these, i was too busy practicing piano for my graduation concert. after that i was studying for entrance exam and after that i traveled and start with college and i never got my driving licence. now i got enough time to do the tests and get it, but i don't feel like spending 1.500BAM (866 USD) or even more for that licence. yup, it costs that much. i know that it's cheaper in other countries, so i'll try to get one someday if i move to another country...or maybe here, but when i got my own money. i wish i had enough money (my own money) to spend on licence and car and to drive around with my friends, but that can wait for some time but i don't mind just being in a car while someone else drives would you pay this much for driving licence knowing how much cheaper it is in other countries?

Good luck for your piano concert. I was like that too last time, was nervous playing in front of many people. Not so nervous, but still nervous.

Its a a lot of money and here i think sure not be more then 7-8 $ even lesser. Its a huge difference because there is not much work in it.

yeah, it's needed, but i don't need it that much and i can travel with train or bus.
