My package has reached Agra

I had ordered blue tooth head phones around 20 days back. For the past 15 days they were stuck at the same place .the courier company was not shipping it out of their warehouse.
I lodged several complaints and yesterday I was so annoyed that I asked the company to refund money and keep them with themselves.
Within 8 hours the headphones have reached my city. And I hope they will get delivered to my house today.

I think the place you're in might be a Red Zone. I ordered a smartphone a month ago on Flipkart and it has arrived the day after. Orders during tough times takes some time to arrive. But 20 days is too long. I believe you'll get it soon.

No..not at all. It was just carelessness on the part of the company as well as the courier service

Yes ...it had become a nightmare for me..as the order was expensive and I had made a pre paid delivery
