It was nice to get a chance to jog again this week. I get to jog about five kilometers. It's good to sweat and I believe it will helps remove access fat in my body. Jogging helps to maintain my body weight too.
After jog, I come to this feet acupressure mat.... Well not a mat, but a form of stone. Believe me, if you step it, it will hurts. Lucky I don't feel much pain as before.
Have you tried the feet acupressure?
*Sorry for the earlier post, it's ACUPRESSURE. I've editted it*
Stay safe, take care.

No, I've never tried acupuncture of any kind. I know it's effective for many people, though.
I'm glad you were able to get a good jog.

I think it's " acupressure" not acupuncture, acupuncture makes use of needles, anyway I think the principle is the same and that is less scary

I don't jog, but I took a really long walk the other day. Never done acupressure.

You must be fit. A 5k jog is considerable.
