Here's my July 7 walking exercise based on my health app monitor I completed 13.04 kilometers for 162 minutes going back and forth within the city. Here are my workout details: Workout duration: 162 minutes Distance: 13.04 kilometers Workout calories: 1,424 calories Steps: 16,799 steps Did you walk today? How's your walking exercise?

Wow..I did walk for half and hour today and then the sweating made me rush inside the house.

Nice job! I walked for an hour and had to quit. It was to muggy and hot.

I woke up early today but no exercise, I was just wasn't in the mood for a treadmill bike. Good for you though.

Wow, You had work out 2 hours and 42 minutes. I think you feel so tired adn dehidration after workout. Do you drink energy drink ? Or a lot of water?

Only plain water I drink.
