A few days back a noted gangster killed many policemen and ran away. The police was hunting for him head to toe. and today within a week they hunted him down and arrested him. Great work on their part. and may this person be hanged till death

Yes he was arrested but it is possible that he surrender. How it is possible that a gangster have not any weapon with him and he didn't oppose. he may have fear of encounter because his three colleagues encountered by UP police
