Here's my July 8 walking exercise based on my health app monitor I completed 12.29 kilometers for 153 minutes going back and forth within the city. Here are my workout details: Workout duration: 153 minutes Distance: 12.29 kilometers Workout calories: 1,457 calories Steps: 15,483 steps Did you walk today? How's your walking exercise?
