My washer gave out today

I called I think it was the last person that fixed it. He told me when he fixed it to let him know and he will tell me which one to get next. I have to call him back on Sunday and maybe it will come from his friend's store. I have to make sure can get rid of the one I have and can get a good deal on it and that it is quiet and like the one I have and also opens on top and good warranty. I really did not need this to happen, but, I knew one day it would. I just wish it wouldn't be while the virus is going on. Wish me luck, I can use it.

I hope you find the washer you are looking for. Appliances always go out at the most inconvenient times.

@cherigucchi Thanks but I will have to get a new one. I have had it for a long time. Cannot remember how many years but it worked really well. The last time I used it before today I thought I heard a funny sound so time to get a new one.

@Butterfingers No we do not. There is probably only one thing that someone helps me with is my white noise machines I get in the States. Everything else is ordered online here or from a store here. I believe in keeping the money in my country. They have delivered things here, but, not sure now if they are.

I hope that you find a nice washing machine at a good price. Our machine is one of the kind that uses less water, which means its terribly loud. Nothing I would buy again. Speaking of which.....I just heard the wishing cycle end. Its time to go and turn the laundry into the dryer now. Good luck with your shopping, I hope that you have a bit of time to research good and bad top loading machines first.

@Juliaacv Thanks. I will talk to the guy on Sunday and I hope there will be a nice one at a reasonable price. I really cannot afford to spend a lot of money now. I like quiet ones and have been lucky to have them. I hope they will have a quiet one too.

So sorry that had to happen. Good luck on getting a new one. We bought a new washer and dryer two years ago when they both started fizzling out. A necessary evil - we can't live without them.

@DianneN Thanks Dianne and so am I. I really do not need this happening now. Thanks and I need the luck. I cannot live without my washer. I never had a dryer. I put the clothes after done washing on a rack and they dry that way.

@Janet357 Thanks and I did, but, now waiting for the technician to call and come to fix it and teach me how to use it. It is very frustrating. I have other things I have to take care of this week and need this taken care of. I am so tired of not being able to get things done that are not in my control.

@Lakshman15 The sad thing I had to have a plumber in last week to fixed a clogged sink I could not fix and now this. I hope nothing else goes wrong.
