humans were created with hearts and feelings?

yes, we all know that every human being has a heart and feelings. humans can feel pain, sadness, happiness and anger. more important is humans can think whether what they are doing is wrong or right ?. but I often see news of murder, robbery, rape cases. how can humans who have hearts and feelings do it all? what is the cause? I'm still thinking about it. What do you think about it?

Apathy? Psycopathy? Granted I have episodes of complete apathy but I wouldn't hurt someone like that.

No one doing that kind of thing from beginning but situation or surrounded people make them like that. My guru always said when do things just think that will god or like it or not rather than think yourself.
