Disabilty Act and evil politicians

This time government decided to do some pity on handicapped people, pity from their proposed torture. During September last year, the UN advised Indian government for certain amendments in Right to Person with Disability Act 2016 (RPwD Act), India has made this act to fulfill the recommendations of UN convention, however this act isn't strict, nor it is implemented properly, so UN suggested proper amendment. However all politicians made dalit backed SC/ST Act strong which is good vote bank, not only that all political parties fought Supreme Court to support it even through it was totally unjust against general public. That was not enough for the politicians, this time to appease dalit people more, government decided to dilute the RPwD Act. And this idea resulted in anger by disabled community, this made government to take bake their proposed amendment to dilute the Act.
