Funeral mistake corrected

Back while my grandma was being cremated, my mom was signing documents for her death certicate. We were surprised they wrote the wrong date of birth, which caused months to fix it. Finally, they informed us that the death certificate is ready.
We also need to make a few copies and sent this abroad, but it will be expensive package..
I wasn't sure if the agency did their job back then that I also had grandma's brith certificate processed, which I haven't acquired yet. She's still not buried though.

That would be possible for nobody is taking care of it. The person who supplied the info got confused.

in our case, it was the cemetery that made a mistake. they chiseled the wrong year on the tombstone (lapida)

Hello @hereandthere how much did you pay for it? Even the urn or her (grandma's) ashes we had to pay like 20K+ for it.

@Letranknight2015 it was their mistake so i think we didn't pay for it. we just kept reminding them if we're going to visit the cemetery
