Cabbage poriyal

Hi friends, For today lunch I prepare cabbage poriyal. I think for last 30 days we don't buy cabbage because not available hear, but my luck yesterday we bought. I get very fresh cabbage. So using this I prepare poriyal for my lunch. For this first I chopped cabbage very well, then cook on putting pressure cooker. One vessel is enough, then drain water from it. In mean time grainger coconut, green chill on adding required salt with it. Now took a pan, heat it on adding oil to it. After getting heated add mustard seeds, Chenna Dal, red chilli, curry leaves, turmeric powder to it. Now add grain coconut paste to it, fry it upto 3 minutes in low flame, now add boiled cabbage to it. Mix well, fry all together. Now check taste, any thing need add it now. Again mix well. Now transfer to a bowel. That's all now it ready to eat. With Rice and Chapati it is good combination. Can I know any one in before taste this recipe my friend??

Yep, cabbage is one of my favourite veggies. I love it with carrot... I mean as cabbage and carrot mixed poriyal.

Is your house far from the market, making it difficult to get cabbage? in my area cabbage is traded every day around the village. This is a vegetable that is reasonably priced and tastes good.

It having good taste my friend. By frankly say I eat raw cabbage always because it having special sweetness compared to after boiled.
