Papaya is well known due to it's health benefits like;aiding in digestion, lowering blood pressure, improving wound healing and it can reduced risk of heart disease. When i was a kid,i don't like eating ripe papaya.I prefer that half ripe one,i will eat with salt and vinegar. But now that i had grown up,i start liking ripe papaya only when it is cold to eat. Do you eat papaya myLotters?

I love papaya. Do you know that you can use papaya fruit for a body and facial scrub? That is a great spa body treatment I have tried from my own papaya fruits that I planted in my Pinas yard.

Yeah i know that papaya is good for skin but using it in actual ,i mean scrubbing ripe papaya on the body?Is it not itching? How you made the scrub. I only tried silka papaya soap and lotion and they are very effective on the skin.

Like you have mentioned, there are plenty of health benefits in this fruit but unfortunately I don't like the taste of it so I don't eat papaya. However, recently I found a good idea to have this fruit and that is by making a juice of watermelon and papaya together. This way, the taste of watermelon overrides the papaya taste and I also get the benefit of both the fruits.

I like papaya very much. Green papaya is good to mix with chicken soap and ripe papaya is good for eating. Mixing milk is giving a better taste.
